The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade requires the services of a construction contractor with relevant recent experience to construct two three-bedroom houses, and associated infrastructure on a single site in Tarawa (TAR), Republic of Kiribati. The houses are to be built to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade standardised design which will be provided during the RFP stage.
The Ministry will be conducting a two-stage procurement process, a Registration of Interest (ROI) and Request for Proposal (RFP). Interested suppliers can expect the ROI to be released on GETS in Late Mar - April 2024.
