Panel of Property Valuation

The Services for this RFP shall include, but are not limited to: Provision of Property Valuation Services

The Supplier shall be an independent registered Valuer undertaking the valuation of property assets and interests arising from the day to day operation of the Property Consultancy and Leasing Consultancy Teams, (Sustainable City Growth & Property Group) Development Support Team (Resource Consents Unit) and the Asset Planning and Management Team (Parks Unit).
