The refurbishment of Block 6 at Papamoa College, a teaching block originally constructed in 2012. The outcome sought is the conversion of open-plan teaching spaces and glazed partitions into a series of standard cellular classrooms that provide improved acoustics, privacy, and teaching flexibility. Description of contract works: Internal refurbishment of Block 6, including removal of glazed walls and installation of solid partitions to form cellular classrooms, acoustic treatments, finishes, and associated services adjustments. As much of the existing joinery is to be used as possible
