Park Island Northern Hub Carpark

Napier City Council are looking to appoint a civil contractor to undertake the construction of a new 82-space car park at the Pirates Rugby Club, Park Island. The works include associated pavement, drainage, and surfacing works, incorporating Porous Lane pavement technology and Low Carbon Concrete solutions.

All questions in relation to the RFT must be submitted via the GETS Q&A function prior to 5pm 09 November 2026.
