Pavement Rehabilitation Construction Panel - RFP

The DCC maintains 1,071km of sealed roads. The pavements under these roads are renewed at a rate of approximately 3km each year when they have reached the end of their useful life.

Previously we have tendered a package of pavement rehabilitation sites each year. To create efficiencies whilst still ensuring value for money is obtained for our ratepayers, we are looking to create a panel of construction partners to deliver pavement rehabilitation and re-sealing works long term.

This is an opportunity for a physical works contractor, with pavement rehabilitation and re-sealing experience, to be part of that construction panel.

The panel is split into two distinct work categories. Granular Pavement Rehabilitation works, and Asphalt Pavement Rehabilitation works. Please review the Request for Proposal documents for more details.
