Following the first generation of the Personal Duress and Safety Alarms, and monitoring services ACC are approaching the market for the next generation of this syndicated agreement, due to the need of these services. We are seeking a solution or solutions that will mitigate, as far as practicable, the risk of harm to Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) and other State Sector workers while carrying out business off site.
The expected business outcome is a business process framework, supported by technology where appropriate, that demonstrably mitigates risk of harm to ACC & other Agency staff as they carry out their duties away from their premises.
