Pharmacy Extension Construction Project at Palmerston North Hospital

Health NZ – MidCentral wishes to expand its Pharmacy facility at Palmerston North Hospital (the Contract Works).

The Contract Works include an element of design work to finalise the developed designs, structural modifications and electrical installations, mechanical/HVAC, and passive fire protection works.

We are seeking Main Contractors who have a proven track record in delivering and managing relevant works within similarly complex, operational environments. Main Contractors must be able to bring together and manage a team of subcontractors with relevant experience in healthcare facility upgrades (in a live clinical environment), including HVAC and passive fire protection installations, and hospital construction standards.

The Principal will hold a site visit for Respondents at 2:00 pm on Wednesday 26 March 2025 at the Palmerston North Hospital campus. Please RSVP by 25 March. See the RFT for details.
