Plastic Courier Satchels

Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), New Zealand Post Limited (NZ Post) is seeking to engage a single supplier to provide the full range of plastic courier satchels (courier satchels) currently available across our network. This includes plastic courier satchels sold in retail stores and those used by commercial customers, with the aim of streamlining supply, improving commercial outcomes, and ensuring operational reliability

The successful supplier will need to provide high-quality satchels that meet NZ Post’s specifications for compatibility with automated sorting systems, durability, and sustainability. Strong environmental credentials, ethical sourcing, and proven capability in high-volume production are essential.

This opportunity offers suppliers the chance to partner with NZ Post, a trusted national brand that processes nearly 650 million items annually. The resulting contract is expected to commence in August/September 2026.
