Professional Conference Organising Services

This is a request for proposals from Professional Conference Organisers to deliver the Government Legal Network (GLN) Conference for 2027, 2028, 2029 with two options to extend for one year each.

We need a partner to work with us for the next 3-5 years to manage the logistics of our annual one-day conference for government lawyers. We take care of the content and you will take care of the details and keep us on track.
Recent conferences have typically involved 500-600 attendees (180 or so online).

The Conference is over one day, usually based in Wellington. There are multiple keynote and session speakers, with some break-out sessions. The conference counts towards lawyers continuing education annual requirements.

The desired outcome is an engaging conference where members of the GLN make great connections and receive updates on a range of legal topics. We are looking for a provider with a good track record of delivering conferences to professional groups.
