Property Management of Wall Street Mall

Wall Street Mall, located at 211 George Street in the heart of Dunedin’s retail precinct, is owned by the DCC and forms part of the Property Services Investment Portfolio.

Property Services require a supplier capable of managing and reporting on all operational aspects of Wall Street Mall, including reactive and planned maintenance, marketing activities, negotiating and securing new leases, and managing lease renewals or variations.

We want a long-term partnership of up to 7 years with a supplier who can apply good commercial property management practices to increase returns, support tenants, and grow the asset in line with Councils Investment goals.
