The objective of this RFP process is to obtain sufficiently detailed information from Prospective Suppliers of the Goods and/or Services about their respective organisations and their ability to provide the Cash Collection Services. This enables the Christchurch City Council (Council) to select and appoint a Supplier to provide efficient, secure, and cost-effective cash collection services.
