The Ministry of Social Development | Te Manatū Whakahiato Ora, intends to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the provision of an employment brokerage service or programme that aims to support jobseekers to find employment in the Contact Centre sector.
The Ministry is looking for suitable suppliers with the capability, experience and infrastructure to build and maintain industry partnerships to deliver a service that will enable participants to gain quality employment outcomes in the Contact Centre sector.
Suppliers need to have the credibility, knowledge and connections to broker employment outcomes and provide ongoing In-work support for participants.
Please see attached NOI, noting there is no submission required from interested suppliers at this point.
