The purpose of this Advance Notice is to communicate Canterbury Regional Councils’ (Environment Canterbury) intention to release a one-stage procurement process for the appointment of a Media Agency to manage advertising and collect advertising revenue on our behalf on available assets (Buses, Ferries and potentially screens).

We are seeking a Media Agency to manage the entire process of selling, producing, installing and removing advertising on public transport vehicles in Greater Christchurch and/or Timaru, on Canterbury Regional Council’s behalf.
