Queenstown Lakes District Transport Model Build and Specialist Advisory Services

This procurement relates to the purchase of an updated, fit-for-purpose Queenstown Lakes District transport model and associated client-side specialist peer review services.

Queenstown Lakes District Council and Way to Go Alliance partners Waka Kotahi and Otago Regional Council are seeking a suite of transport planning and forecasting tools that can be used to inform, guide and assess decisions about the regions land-use and transport network.

RFP comprises two components:
Component 1 – Transport Model Build
Component 2 – Specialist Peer Review
Respondents will be given an option to indicate if they wish to be considered for BOTH Component 1 – Model Build AND Component 2 – Peer review (but must state a preference), or just one of these components. The two components MUST be delivered by different respondents.
