RFI - Interactive Lecture Tool

Victoria University of Wellington is seeking a modern interactive tool to replace its previous lecture engagement platform.

The former tool supported live polling, Q&A, and real-time interaction but had limitations in accessibility, scalability, and integration with existing systems. This initiative aims to enhance student participation, inclusivity, and accessibility while providing lecturers with tools to gauge understanding and adapt teaching. The new solution should integrate seamlessly with the University’s learning environment and support both in-person and remote learners.

The purpose of this RFI is to understand market offerings, and insights may be used to form the basis for a future business case.
