Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities (Kāinga Ora) invites suppliers and industry participants to provide non-binding information to help shape future thinking for the delivery of maintenance services across our housing portfolio. Our current approach has improved customer outcomes and operational stability. We are now exploring how future models could strengthen long-term value for money, flexibility, performance incentives, and alignment to evolving customer expectations.

This RFI is an information gathering exercise only. Kāinga Ora may use the information received to inform internal analysis, operating model development, and any potential future procurement strategy.

Participation in this RFI is not a prerequisite for any future opportunity, and no contractual commitment will arise from this process.
