RFP 2826 South Timaru Hydraulic Model Build and System Performance

Timaru District Council is seeking a suitably qualified consultant to develop a hydraulic stormwater model and undertake a system performance assessment for the Browne, Queens, Gardens, and Kensington catchments in South Timaru.

The project will provide Council with a reliable understanding of stormwater network performance, flood risk, and drainage constraints across the study area. The successful respondent will deliver a hydraulic model, supporting analysis, mapping, and reporting that can be used to inform future stormwater planning, asset management, and investment decisions.

The consultant shall develop a fit-for-purpose hydraulic model consistent with industry best practice and the Water New Zealand National Stormwater Modelling Guidelines.
