RFP-Health NZ Northern Region Panel for Suppliers of PAINTING Projects and Maintenance Services

Health New Zealand – Northern Region (the Principal) is seeking to appoint a Panel of suitably qualified and experienced Suppliers of Painting Projects and Maintenance Services for its Planned Preventative Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance, and Projects requirements.
We need suppliers that can undertake small day-to-day maintenance and projects and suppliers that can undertake complex, large projects i.e. small, medium, and large companies will be considered.
The Principal consists of:
• Auckland District – its hospital campuses and community facilities;
• Counties Manukau District – its hospital campuses and community facilities;
• Northland District – its hospital campuses and community facilities ; and
• Waitematā District – its hospital campuses and community facilities.

The Principal owns and operates facilities associated with delivering health and disability services and is responsible for the repair and maintenance of these facilities.
These hospital campuses and community facilities are operational 24/7, shutdowns of services (both utilities and clinical) need to be carefully planned and considered to minimise impacts on patients and staff.

NOTE: The Principal is undertaking this procurement on behalf of all Health New Zea-land’s Northen Region hospitals and their community facilities. A Supplier must successfully proceed through all procurement phases and subsequent contract negotiations to be a panel member. Only suppliers on the panels will be able to provide in-scope services to the Northern Region hospitals.
