RFP TN/23/01 - Facilities Maintenace Management Services

The NZ Police portfolio of stations, offices, service centres and other facilities is integral to the way NZ Police serves the public, and to keeping its own people safe and secure. Effective facilities management is essential to achieving that vision and supporting asset management.

NZ Police intend to approach the market in Q4 2022 to appoint a Facilities Management (FM) Provider to manage the delivery for NZ Police’s national property portfolio of:
• All Facilities Maintenance Management including vetting, management and Health & Safety induction for all subcontractors; help desk/call centre; QA; management of building compliance etc.
• Reactive maintenance
• Planned maintenance
• Scheduled maintenance
• Project works (up to appropriate levels)
• Advice and information to support good asset decisions by NZ Police

The intent is to conduct an open market tender process allowing interested suppliers to participate in the contract opportunity.
