RFP: Technology Modernisation Programme Asset Delivery Platform

This RFP relates to the procurement of an Asset Delivery Platform (ADP) that supports our infrastructure and housing delivery responsibilities as an organisation, and a solution implementer (if different from the platform provider, who we expect will implement in the absence of any nominated third-party implementer).

Kāinga Ora is undertaking a Technology Modernisation Programme to address fundamental challenges in its technology footprint, which are impacting efficiency, service delivery, and cost-effectiveness. The current technology environment is not well-aligned with the evolving mandate of Kāinga Ora and is constraining the organisation’s ability to modernise and adopt industry best practices.

Kāinga Ora has already initiated several major procurements under the Technology Modernisation Programme that will form the core platforms the ADP will need to integrate with.

An RFP has been issued for a Solution Integrator and Business Integrator to support delivery for the overall Programme.

In addition, RFPs have been issued for the following platforms and services:

- Core Housing Management Platform (CHMP)
- Corporate Enablers (ERP)
- Data and Insights (D&I) Solution
