RFP for Design Services for Roofing, Internal Refurbishments at Ruawai College

Ruawai College is a small, rural school located in the Kaipara District and provides education for ākonga in Years 7 to 13. The school is in a moderate condition. The focus of this 10YPP is to address the specialist reports and recommendations including block refurbishments,
electrical and heating replacements, pool facility refurbishment and stormwater system replacements. The school’s fire alarm system is not functional and should be upgraded to a Type 4 fire alarm system. This project is to carry out all necessary design for internal refurbishments and alterations identified in the condition assessment to blocks 1, 2, 4 and 5
