Te Tāhū o te Ture / the Ministry of Justice (the Ministry) seeks to procure a Supplier or Suppliers for the delivery of Family Dispute Resolution services (inclusive of Child Specialist service) from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2030 (five-year term consisting of a three-year term and two-year right of renewal).
The Ministry is open to hearing from Suppliers as to how the refreshed FDR service could be delivered to maximise financial efficiencies to meet the needs of service users. We are open to contracting with one or two Suppliers who can work in collaboration with the Ministry.
As part of their response, Suppliers will be requested to outline how they can improve efficiencies and indicate whether they plan to deliver the Service (and the specific service components) in-person, online or as a hybrid delivery.
By providing a mediation that is free for participants, the Ministry expects the funding to be used by the successful Supplier/s to deliver all service requirements in order to meet the needs of all parties going through FDR.
