RFP26-655 - Panel for Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) Platform

The objective of this RFP is to deliver value for money solutions to the Districts, consistent with the expectation of the Office of the Auditor-General, and Districts obligations to balance ethical and sound commercial practices with robust, transparent and fair process.
We invite proposals from Suppliers who meet the technical, commercial and other requirements set out in this RFP.
The scope of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is twofold:
(1) Primary Procurement: To establish a Supplier Capability Panel for the Supply of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) Platform, Consumables and Maintenance Services.
(2) Immediate Secondary Procurement Opportunities (Capital funding is subject to each District’s Delegated Financial Authority (DFA) Approval): To invite secondary procurement proposals from suppliers who are applying for the Supplier Panel and who wish to enter into an agreement to supply the following equipment to the Districts listed below who have an immediate requirement:

Canterbury Health Laboratory and Auckland LabPLUS both have the immediate requirement of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) Platform, which will be sourced within this RFP. The technical requirement are set out in Appendix B1 - Technical Requirement – Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) Platform (CHL & AKL).
