RFT - Civil Works Contractor for Site - Drainage at Ōtaki College, Ōtaki, Kāpiti Coast

Aging and inefficient stormwater drainage infrastructure across the site is regularly struggling to cope with water disposal in periods of heavy rainfall.

A specialist civil engineer has investigated the site and developed a detailed scope of work including the replacement of sumps, underground pipework, the introduction of new soak pits, upgrading existing manholes and general improvement of surface water capture and disposal.

The project also incorporates the targeted renewal of concrete pavements and roadways. This work is to be priced separately but would be delivered in conjunction with the drainage improvements.

Project approval application will be presented across the two NZSPA projects.
