Within their approved 10 Year Property Plan Raumati South School has a planned project which will see refurbishment works actioned in the four classrooms located in Block A.
The works will comprise of floor, wall and ceiling finishes replacement together with lighting renewal.
The project will also extend to the replacement of mechanical heating in two other school buildings. This includes like for like renewal of gas heaters and electrical heat pump units.
