RFT - Main Building Contractor for Block A - Interior Carpentry at Hutt Intermediate School, Waterloo, Lower Hutt

Hutt Intermediate School have a project in their existing Ten Year Property Plan which is focused on the localised repair and replacement of interior wall and ceiling linings in Block A.

Following recent reassessment to the project, additional works have been identified and the scope has been increased to suit.

The project now also includes ventilation improvements, refurbishment of timber framing, cladding, window and door replacement together with subsidence remediation and floor levelling.
