RFT - Main Building Contractor for Block C - Student Toilet Improvements at Levin North School, Levin, Horowhenua

The existing student toilet facilities in Block C at Levin North School have not been upgraded for a significant amount of time, their positioning at the far end of the block also presents limitations regarding student access and management by teachers.

As a proposed solution the school has decided to create a more centralised and transparent facility in the middle of the block providing unisex facilities.

In additional to this work, on the eastern facing side of the block, the existing student toilet facilities are to be converted into a storage room and provide a universal bathroom.

Sanitary fittings will be renewed, floor and wall finishes replaced and the space reconfigured to create a fully compliant universal bathroom.

A height adjustable change table and ceiling hoist will both be provided as specialist access equipment.
