RFT - Main Building Contractor for Blocks 5, 6 - Roof, Cladding and Windows at Konini Primary School, Wainuiomata, Lower Hutt

Konini Primary School has two buildings that require significant improvements to the exterior envelope components to ensure weather tightness. Roof covering renewal, external cladding and window replacement is required.

Additionally, some minor internal finishes reinstatement work is also included in the scope consisting of new wall and ceiling linings where affected by the works or damaged by historical water entry.

Potential Additional Requirements:
A project to refurbish and modernise student toilet facilities is currently being tendered at the same time as this procurement. The school will consider at the time of tender evaluation the merits of possible engagement of one supplier to deliver both contracts
