RFT - Main Building Contractor for Blocks A, B, C - Bathroom Refurbishment at Redwood School, Tawa, Wellington

The student toilet facilities in Blocks A, B and C at Redwood School are in a poor condition as a result of their being aged and worn.

It is proposed to fully refurbish the facilities including for some minor plan changes allowing for the removal of urinals and more spacious improved layouts.

The work will replace wall and ceiling linings, replace windows, resurface the flooring, replace toilet partitions and replace all sanitary fixtures and fittings.

As the work involves all the school’s toilet facilities it will be undertaken in stages to minimise disruptions to the school’s operation.

Three stages have been proposed on the drawings, it is expected that the tender offers will acknowledge and allow for these as part of their proposal.
