RFT - Main Building Contractor for Blocks A, B, C - Cladding, Door and Window Replacement at Titahi Bay Intermediate School, Porirua

Titahi Bay Intermediate School has a project in their latest Ten Year Property Plan that targets the replacement of a series of building improvements to the exterior envelope of some buildings, as well as targeted interior finishes renewal.

The scope includes the replacement of rotten timber weatherboard cladding together with the removal and replacement of toilet windows and framing.

In addition to these works classrooms 1, 2 and 3 in Block A require the replacement of ceiling linings and the resulting improvements to acoustic performance.
