RFT - Main Building Contractor for Blocks A, B, F, H, M, Q, R, S, T - Cladding, Roofing, Plumbing Replacement at Kapakapanui School, Waikanae, Kāpiti Coast

The current 5YA has an infrastructure project that will address life cycle replacement needs around roof coverings, wall cladding and sanitary fixtures.

The project covers a large percentage of the school buildings with work actioned on nine of the blocks.

The hall will also target ventilation improvements to the school hall where the area of opening windows and doors will be increased.

The tender opportunity will be extended to incorporate another 5YA project which will deliver the targeted replacement of water damaged and deteriorated wall, ceiling and floor finishes.
