RFT - Main Building Contractor for Kimi Ora Satellite (Block A - Partial Rationalisation) at Pōmare School, Taita, Lower Hutt

The entire western wing of Block A at Pōmare School is surplus to requirements and is over the school’s footprint entitlement.

NZSPA has approved funding and it has been agreed to demolish this wing of Block A together with the necessary disconnection and capping off plumbing and electrical services

A new concrete ramp and area of asphalt paving is proposed to improve accessibility to the altered west facing end of the building

Other carpentry works required within the proposed contract will incorporate wall and roof framing modifications, new timber weatherboard cladding and painting
