RFT Main Contractor E: Investigate & Remediate Foundations and Subfloor at Havelock North Primary School

The foundations between the kitchen and hall have experienced noticeable subsidence. Investigations have identified drainage issues. Remedial works will require engineering oversight to ensure structural integrity and compliance. In addition, the subfloor storage area beneath the hall is leaking and will need to be waterproofed to prevent ongoing damage and maintain functionality.
