On behalf of Waimea College, Onus Projects invites main contractors to submit tenders for the redevelopment of the administration area within their A Block building.

Key Dates:

RFT submissions close: Tuesday 27 October 2026

Intended contract award (indicative): 16 November 2026

Note:

Project location: Waimea College, 60 Salisbury Road, Richmond 7020 (Tasman Region)

Any future engagement will be through a Medium Works Contract; no contract-specific tags will be accepted

Works can commence as early as 14 December 2026, subject to contract signing, material availability, and contractor availability

Site visits are strictly by appointment only
