Re: Request for Tender (RFT): Main Contractor for A Block Classroom Upgrades at Queen Charlotte College, Picton

On behalf of Queen Charlotte College, Onus Projects invites main contractors to supply tenders to refurbish 15 classrooms located with the A Block building at Queen Charlotte College.

Key Dates:
• RFT submissions close: Wednesday 24th June 2026
• Intended contract award (indicative): 8th July 2026

Note:
• Project Location: Queen Charlotte College
• Address: 173 Waikawa Road, Picton 7220 (Marlborough Region)
• Any future engagement will be through a Medium Works Contract; no contract-specific tags to be accepted.
• Works are to be completed during the school’s holiday and study leave period outlined in the RFT documents with practical completion required prior to the 28th of February 2027
• Works can commence as early as July 2026 subject to contracts, material and contractor availability.
• Site visits are by appointment only
