On behalf of Waimea Intermediate School, Onus Projects is calling for tenders from main contractors for the design, supply, and installation of a covered outdoor learning canopy, approximately 1,047m², over the school's internal courtyard area.

Key Dates:

RFT submissions close: Thursday 15th October 2026 @5pm

Intended contract award (indicative): 29th October 2026

Note:

Project location: Waimea Intermediate School, 48 Salisbury Road, Richmond 7020 (Tasman Region)

Any future engagement will be through a Medium Works Contract; no contract-specific tags will be accepted

Works are not restricted to school holiday periods

Practical completion required prior to 20th January 2028

Works can commence on site as early as December 2026, subject to contract signing, material availability, consent, and contractor availability

Site visits are by appointment only
