Re: Request for Tender (RFT): Main Contractor for T Block Refurbishment for Health School at Waimea College, Nelson

On behalf of Waimea College, Onus Projects invites main contractors to submit tenders for the alteration of Waimea College's T Block building, converting it from a classroom into a mixed-use space catering to the Southern Health School and the College's PE Department.

Key Dates:

RFT submissions close: Tuesday 08 September 2026

Intended contract award (indicative): 15 September 2026

Note:

Project location: Waimea College, 60 Salisbury Road, Richmond 7020 (Tasman Region)

Any future engagement will be through a Medium Works Contract; no contract-specific tags will be accepted

Works are not restricted to school holiday periods

Practical completion required prior to 23rd October 2026

Works can commence as early as 15th September 2026, subject to contract signing, material availability, and contractor availability

Site visits are by appointment only
