RFT - Main Roofing Contractor for Blocks A, B - Roofing and Downpipe Replacement at Dyer Street School, Epuni, Lower Hutt

The current 5YA has funding allocated to address the replacement of end of life roofing components on two buildings.

The scope consists of:

- Replacement pre finished metal roofing to both ends of Block B (hall)
- This work will incorporate the relocation of heat pump outdoor units to the ground
- Partial metal roofing and installation of improved pipe penetration flashings is required at the western end of Block A
- Three areas of translucent polycarbonate roofing on Block A also require renewal
- Where metal roofing is replaced and access to the ceiling void is available thermal insulation batts will be introduced
