The approved ten year property plan has identified a number of roofing improvements to various buildings at the school which includes roof coverings, flashings and spouting renewal.
The contract also includes the installation of appropriate trafficable and heavy duty polycarbonate translucent roof product.
In some areas of the school outdoor heat pump units that are roof mounted will require temporary disconnection, removal and later reinstatement.
