The Ministry of Justice is seeking to engage a suitably experienced and capable supplier to provide nationwide maintenance, compliance, and support services for the Ministry’s security screening equipment portfolio across court and justice facilities.
The asset portfolio includes X‑ray screening machines, walk‑through metal detectors (WTMDs), cellphone detection units, and associated screening assets deployed across a national network of sites.
Services include:
Programmed preventive and reactive maintenance to ensure equipment remains operational, safe, and compliant
Compliance and certification activities in accordance with the Radiation Safety Act 2016, Radiation Safety Regulations 2016, and Office of Radiation Safety requirements
Asset information management and reporting to support compliance assurance, performance oversight, and lifecycle planning
A non‑exclusive mechanism for the secondary procurement of new or replacement screening equipment where approved by the Ministry
This is an opportunity to partner with the Ministry to support critical court security operations by maintaining a safety‑critical, nationally deployed screening capability.
The contract is anticipated to commence in August 2026.
