ROI - Main Building Contractor for Freyberg Com School - 1, 2, 3: Flooring and Wall Linings Replacement

Block 1 – Rooms 7, 8, 9, and 10: Replacement of end-of-life carpet, vinyl, and Autex. Works to include: Remove and dispose of existing carpet. Supply and install new carpet tiles. Works to include all floor preparation as required. Remove and dispose of existing vinyl. Supply and install new vinyl sheet. Works to include all floor preparation as required. Remove and dispose of existing Autex. Supply and install new Autex. Works to include all wall preparation as required and paint redecoration as required to wall and skirtings. Asbestos assessment and management of ACM to floor area. Make good to areas as required.
