ROI - Main Building Contractor for Freyberg School - 4: Hall Floor Replacement and Stage Remediation

The Contract Works required are:
Main hall including entrance, stage, and stairs: The existing flooring to the main hall/gym floor is in poor condition. The floor is cold and hard concrete with old vinyl covering. The stage is small and has a stage extension in poor condition. Works to include: Supply, prepare, and install new multi-use flooring to the main hall/gym, including encapsulation coating; supply, prepare, and install entrance matting to the entrance way; investigate stage flooring and extension; supply, prepare, and install new, quality wood flooring over the stage; and supply and install new carpet tiles over the new wood flooring to the stage, including carpet over the stairs and new stair nosings.
