Re: Registration of Interest (ROI): Main Contractor for Court Resurfacing at Waimea College, Tasman

On behalf of Waimea College, Onus Projects invites suppliers to register their interest in delivering a comprehensive solution for the resurfacing of their outdoor asphalt basketball and netball courts.

Scope of ROI:
We are seeking registrations of interest from suppliers who can provide a comprehensive project solution including the following:
• Full design services
• Supply of a high-quality surface coating to overlay approximately 3000m² of existing asphalt courts. The coating must be weather resistant, low-maintenance, durable, and suitable for basketball, netball, and general public use
• A reputable surface coating that includes a product and installation warranty of at least 5 years
• Installation and surface preparation by experienced installers with established Health & Safety systems
• Supply and installation of new basketball and netball hoops
• Installation of court markings for basketball and netball

Please provide:
• A brief overview of your company and relevant experience
• A summary of your proposed solution and its key features
• Examples of similar solutions delivered for other clients
• Confirmation of your ability to meet the outlined requirements

• This ROI is the first stage of a two-stage procurement process. Shortlisted suppliers may be invited to participate in a subsequent Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
• Works are intended to commence as soon as practical after the RFP has closed and a contract is issued.
• Any future engagement will be through a Medium Works Contract; no contract-specific tags to be accepted.
• Works can be completed either during term-time or holiday periods with practical completion required prior to the 1st of February 2026
• Site visits are by appointment only and are to be arranged Via GETS
