This project will deliver:
b. Ceiling replacement
c. Wall linings replacement
d. Electrical works including lighting upgrade and installation of new HVAC system
e. Roof replacement
f. Localised cladding replacements/repairs
Detailed works including plans will be supplied with the subsequent RFT.
