The Contract Works required are:
This project will deliver roofing works to blocks 2, 3, 7, 9 and 11. Joinery replacements, toilet upgrades and block refurbishment works to blocks 1, 3 and 10 and an upgrade to the fire alarm across the school site, including bells, security and intercoms. Detailed works including plans will be supplied with the subsequent Request for Tender (RFT).
