Sewer smells and back flowing discharging septic waste from the admin toilets to be repaired at the Kelston site.
School Grounds show multiple areas of ponding and very heavy soaking. Neighbour has complained the overflow from the school grounds has a lower-level property to the schools. These is no drainage to his side of the fence line or the schools to prevent flooding occurring to his property at the Kelston site.
