ROI - Main Roofing Contractor for Chaucer School - 1, 5, 6, 8: Roof, Gutter, Skylight, Clearlite and AC Mount Replacement

The specialist roof report has identified the following:

• Block 1, Internal coated membrane gutter, Skylight dome and AC mounts: Poor condition and require replacement.
• Block 5, Cliplock roof and gutter: Needs major repairs but it is more cost effective to replace.
• Block 6, Clearlite: Lacks safety mesh, not cost effective to uplift and install the safety mesh and requires replacement with new safety mesh
• Block 8, Old box gutters: Poor condition and require replacement.
NB: AC Mount is the existing boiler existing insulated piping support
