ROI - Main Roofing Contractor for Mangere Central School - 3, 7, 9, A, C: Roof, Clearlite & Gutter Replacements and Install Safety Mesh to Clearlite

The specialist roof report has noted the following capital works that require addressing:
• Block 3
- Roof B – The coated membrane roof is in poor condition, at end of life and requires replacement.
- Roofs B & D – The older box gutters are in poor condition, at end of life and require replacement.
- Roofs C & D – The older PVC gutters are in poor condition, at end of life and require replacement.
- Roof D – The painted corrugated roof is in poor condition, at end of life and requires replacement.
• Block 7
- Roof A – The older PVC gutters are in poor condition, at end of life and require replacement.
• Block 9
- Roof A – The older PVC gutters are in poor condition, at end of life and require replacement.
• Block A
- Roof B - There is no safety mesh under the clearlite. The clearlite is in good condition and it has been recommended to uplift the clearlite, install safety
mesh and reinstate the clearlite. This will need to be provided in-line with MoE guidelines.
• Block C
- Roof B - There is no safety mesh under the clearlite. The clearlite is in good condition and it has been recommended to uplift the clearlite, install safety
mesh and reinstate the clearlite. This will need to be provided in-line with MoE guidelines.
