ROI - North Auckland Long-term Office Accommodation

The purpose of the ROI is to identify potential partners who can provide a long-term solution for all the Departments accommodation requirements in North Auckland. Preferred locations are Silverdale, Orewa, or Warkworth, with proximity to motorway access. Shortlisted respondents will then be invited to respond to an RFT/RFP seeking further detail on their submissions.
