ROI for Main Contractor for Admin Roof & Floor Coverings at Kaitaia Intermediate

The administration area is experiencing ongoing weather-tightness issues due to the existing roof structure and historical design flaws. This project includes roof re pitching and replacement, as well as all associated internal works. Additionally, the existing floor covering will be replaced as part of the roofing project, given that the proposed alterations will affect the current floor.
